Edith Catherine (Smith) McMahon Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2020, at the age of 93, Edith Catherine (Smith) McMahon formerly of Kinkora, Prince Edward Island passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Edith Catherine (Smith) McMahon to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Smith (Johnston) and Will Smith; her husband Joseph Pope McMahon; her aunts, Ada and Mary Smith; her siblings, Louis Smith (Alice), Gerald Smith (Ita), Preston Smith, Carl Smith (Theresa), Lloyd Smith (Anne), Charlie Smith (Georgie), Carmen Smith (Alberta), Noreen Shea (Bob) and Lorraine Smith; her sons-in-law, Don Callbeck and Allan Smith; her parents-in-law, Peter and Catherine McMahon (Monaghan); and also, Jim, John, George, Mary Connick and Anne O'Rielly.

She is survived by: her children, Sandra Gallant (Lorne), Karen Callbeck (late Don), Diane (late Allan) and Gerard McMahon (Ellen); her grandchildren, Andrea Boyle (Russel), Tommy Gallant, William Callbeck (Mandy), Patrick Callbeck (Alexis), Matthew Smith, Beth, Kate and Robbie McMahon; her brothers, Ab Smith (Terry) and Les Smith (Betty); and her sisters-in-law, Georgie Smith and Anne Smith.

Because of COVID restrictions there will be no visitation and we regret the funeral will be by invitation.
