He is survived by : his spouse Shirley (Doiron); his children, Darren Peters (Brenda) and Monica Robinson; his grandchildren, Jack (Keita), Will, Peter Robinson, Brittany and Tyler Peters; his stepchildren, Louis Doiron (Jan), Colin Doiron, Carlene Doiron, Maureen Doiron, DeeDee Johnson (Dennis) and Willis Doiron (Lisa); his siblings-in-law, Suzanne Peters (late Eric), Jean Peters (late Reggie), Angela Peters (late Roy), Dot Peters (late Norbert), Aggie Connick (late George), Bernice Cameron (late Wilbur), Borden Macdonald (late Margaret), Pope (Joan), Joe Connick and Keith Frazer (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Maya and Maddy; and his great grandchildren, Kyle and Rosslyn Dickieson.
