He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Kemp and Florence Kemp (Clow); and his siblings, Winston Kemp and Carol Irving. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Kemp (Jenkins); his sons, Barry, Brian and Trevor; his grandchildren, Dalton, Josie and Niaomi; and his brother Miles Kemp (Heather). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
