She was predeceased by: her parents, John Angus and Mary Bell MacLean; her husband John James Martin; her son Donald Martin; and her siblings, Charles Evan MacLean, Joan Agnes Ross, Margaret and Carver.

She is survived by: her sons, Ronald and Kevin; her sisters, Donalda Ross and Gail Weibe; and her sister-in-law Debby MacLean (Clayton). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; along with many extended family.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 4th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home (40 Wood Islands Rd, Montague, PE C0A1R0).

Memorial donations in Chris's memory may be made to Caledonia Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest later in spring would be appreciated.
