It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christine (MacKenzie) Ellsworth (Montague, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on October 4, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her son Wayne; her granddaughter Rebecca Dixon; and her siblings, Isobel King (Harold), Ann Gilson (Bill), Alfred MacKenzie, Roddy MacKenzie (Barbara), Sandy MacKenzie (Jean), Mary Cann and Fred MacKenzie.

She is survived by : her children, Dave (Martha), Eric (Audrey Auld), Corinne and Lower Montague; her grandchildren, Anne Dixon (Garth), Lower Montague, Dennis (Heather), Gavin (Marni), Alberta and Airlie Ogden (Simon); her great grandchildren, Everly, Arlo and Esme; her siblings-in-law, Lloyd Cann of Northam, Reta Connick, Shirley Ellsworth and Pond; and her cousin Corena Gairns. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Resting at Ferguson-Logan Montague Funeral Home where, due to Covid-19, a private (by invitation only) service will take place on Thursday October 08, 2020 at 2 pm.

As a lifetime member of the Women's Institute and founding member of the Lower Montague Hall, donations to the Lower Montague Women's Institute Hall Renovation Project would be greatly appreciated.
