It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Douglas Claude MacLean (Montague, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on December 5, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard "Dick" MacLean and Mary MacLean (Baker). He is survived by : his children, Brett MacLean (Dometria MacIsaac), Morgan MacLean (Jennifer Knockwood) and Cassie MacLean (Corey Mullett); his stepchildren, Alex, Nathan and Ada Madigan; his grandchildren, Meredith MacLean and Anna Mullett; his brother John MacLean (Rhonda); his uncle Kent MacLean; his aunt Katherine O'Leary; his nieces, Jennifer MacLean (Matthew Mullally) and Heather MacLean (Dean Nicholson); and his nephew Jesse MacDonald. He is also survived by his family, extended family, and friends.

In remembrance of Dougie's life, the family asks that any charitable donation be made to KidSport PEI or the Canadian Mental Health Association - PEI Division.
