He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley Cantelo (Noonan); his parents, Louis Cantelo and Florence Cantelo (Gardiner); and his siblings, Lloyd (Helen), Aubrey Cantelo and Eileen Cantelo (Flo).
He is survived by: his children, Valerie Lockhart (late Paul), Marilyn MacLean (Heath), Joe Cantelo (Sandy) and Bobbie; his siblings, Raymond Cantelo (Winnie), Grace Blackette (Edgar) and Larry Cantelo (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Kelly, Heather, Joanne, Dee Dee, Mackenzie, Callie and Naomi; his great grandchildren, Emma, Brayden and Ella; his sister-in-law Beverly Cantelo; and his close friends, Annie, Don and Ronnie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
