Jean Marie Mermuys Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2025, at the age of 71, Jean Marie Mermuys of Montague, Prince Edward Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Mermuys and Maria Mermuys; his son Adam Mermuys; and his siblings, Alice Louwagie, Jenny Delodder, Joe Mermuys and Roger.

He is survived by: his children, Jason (Amber), Kristen Bell (Craig) and Luke (Meagan); his grandchildren, Harrison, Maddox, Nathan, Caleb, Claire, Sadie, Daniel, Joseph, Frances, Mary, Louise, James and Atlas; and his siblings, Eva Demeulenaere (George), Eliane Mermuys, Chris Mermuys (Mary), Laurent Mermuys (Erna), Bernard Mermuys, Mariette Boehner (Wayne) and Cecile Nabuurs (Harry).

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home (40 Wood Islands Rd, Montague, PE C0A 1R0). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home Chapel (40 Wood Islands Rd, Montague, PE C0A 1R0).
