She was predeceased by : her parents, Herman MacKinnon and Annie MacKinnon (MacLeod); and her siblings, Betty Butler (Ted), Buddy MacKinnon (Betty), Sadie MacKinnon, Jean Campbell, Edith MacKinnon, Barbara Bell (Clarence), Neil MacKinnon and Earl MacKinnon No.
She is survived by : her husband Alexander Whiteway; and her children, Edythe Docherty (Cyril), Dayle Moar (late Jimmy) and Kathy MacLeod (Tommy). She is also survived by grandchildren; ten adored great grandchildren.
