He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jean Annear (MacLeod); his parents, Jack Annear and Areta Annear (Muttart); his children, Scott (Lynda), Lori Annear (Derril), Brian (Sheilagh) and Steven; his siblings, Ralph, Eileen Moore (Stan), Harry (Sandra) and Ruth Stavert (Ernie); his grandchildren, Thomas (Heather), Jessie Nabuurs (Adam), Logan (Laurell), Mitchell Peters, Julian (Katie), Joel (Jacquelyn), Ben, Emily (Jake), Mikayla (Spencer), Hannah VanderZwaag (David), Lillian Annear, Lincoln, Lettie Nabuurs, Timothy, Olivia Annear, Jaxon, Tyler Johnston, Kinley Ross, Rylan Annear, Amelia and Beau VanderZwaag; and his sister-in-law Laurie Annear.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ferguson Logan Funeral Home (40 Wood Islands Rd, Montague, PE C0A1R0). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Hillcrest United Church (50 Wood Islands Rd, Montague, PE C0A1R0).
In lieu of flowers donations to the Hillcrest United Church or Lower Montague Cemetery would be appreciated.
