With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Valerie Celina MacKinnon (Morell, Prince Edward Island), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her husband Kevin Howard MacKinnon; and her parents, George Laybolt and Nellie Laybolt. She is survived by: her children, Michael MacDougall, Dale MacDougall (Lisa Knox), Terry McDougall, Trevor MacDougall and Denise MacDougall.
