She was predeceased by: her parents, George Saunders and Ethel Saunders (MacKay); and her siblings, Floyd, Keir, Marguerite and Judy.
She is survived by: her husband Wendell Johnston; her children, Kimberley Johnston (Michael), Floyd Johnston, Natalie Johnston (Kevin) and Jennifer Hicken (Steven); her grandchildren, Andy, Christopher, Blair, John, Brandon, Coadie and Haley; her brother Donnie Saunders; and her sister-in-law Verna Saunders. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
