He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Whitney Brehaut and Elizabeth Brehaut (Lizzie MacPhee); his wife Shirley Ann Brehaut (Harris); his daughter Lynn Stewart; his grandsons, David and Eric; and also, Jim, Gladys Harris, Joan and Valda.
He is survived by: his children, James Stewart, Paula Maclean (Ted), Lorin Jr. (Sandra Strain), Lori Chapman (Stephen) and Scott; his son-in-law John Slavin; his siblings, John Brehaut (Sandra) and Isobel Vail (late Ernest); his grandchildren, Danny (Hannah), Sara, Shirley, Rachael, Leah, Ryan, Whitney, Logan, Chloe, Claire, Sydney, Scott and Isabella; and his great grandchildren, Ellowyn, Ava and Nolan.
Because of Covid-19 restrictions a celebration of Lorin's life will be held at a later date.
