He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus Penny and Rosie Penny (Moore); his spouse Roylene Penny (Chapman); his children, Michael Penny and Suzanne Richards; his son-in-law Alan; and his sister Arvilla Dunn.
He is survived by: his children, Roland Todd Penny (Sherry) and Shannon Penny MacDonald (Keith); his sister Enid Clements; his grandchildren, Jared Richards (Jennifer Butler), Morgan Richards (Julie) and Rowan Penny; and his great grandchildren, Gabrielle, Cameron and Kable.
Donations in Roland's memory may be made to the PEI Humane Society or the Kings County Memorial Hospital.
