With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elva Minnie (White) Bell of Murray River, Prince Edward Island, born in Murray Harbour, Prince Edward Island, who passed away on August 25, 2023 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by : her husband Gavin Bell Jr.; her parents, Peter White and Minnie White (Beck); her daughter Sheila Arlene Macleod; her siblings, Phyllis Herring, Nathan White, Fred White, Lloyd White and Lester White; and her sons-in-law, David MacLeod and Kenny Livingstone.

She is survived by : her children, Theressa Ann Livingstone and Gregory Wade Bell (Laurie); her sister June Nicolle; her sister-in-law Betty Lou Glover; her grandchildren, Dean Livingstone (Shannon), Arlene MacIsaac (Shane), Cynthia Campbell (Craig), Bradley Bell (Megan), Matthew Bell (Maddy) and Crystal Burrows (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Janeil Livingstone, Jori Livingstone, Daniel MacIsaac, Sarah MacIsaac, Ben MacIsaac, Porter Campbell, Emmett Bell, Keira Bell, Gavin Burrows and Alexandra Burrows. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
