It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvin Yeo of O'Leary, Prince Edward Island, who passed away on November 22, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Yeo and Hannah Yeo (MacDonald); and his siblings, Olive Berry, Iva Shaw, Laura Ramsay, Isabelle Dennis, Jenny and Charles.
He is survived by: his wife Fairley; his children, Judy MacKinnon (Edgar) of Mississauga, ON, Larry (Gena), Darlington, Elizabeth MacDougall (Brent) of Antigonish, NS and Carolyn Black (David); his grandchildren, Catherine MacKinnon, John MacKinnon (Christina), Matthew Yeo, Chad Bizo, Hannah Yeo MacDougall, Claire Yeo MacDougall, Jordan Black and Amaya Black; his great grandchild Hailey; his sisters, Beryl Shelfoon of Red Deer, AB and Lillas Reid of Norton, NB; and his caregiver Abby Rix-Banks.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel (351 Main St, O'Leary, PE C0B1V0). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel (351 Main St, O'Leary, PE C0B1V0).
