He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Lester Currie and Arlene Currie (Waite); his sister Claretta; his brother-in-law Ronnie MacWilliams; his grandsons, Max Arsenault and Elliot King; his daughter Jenifer Currie; his siblings, Leith, Alison and Judy; and his grandparents, Lester, Jennie Waite (Williams), Nelson and Ethel Currie (Gay). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

Do to current restrictions a private grave side service will be held at a later date for invited guests.
