He is survived by : his close friend Lacey Ann Conway; his daughters, Skylar Dawn Cluney and Taylor Mills; his parents, Kenny McCormack and Jackie Cluney; his siblings, Gregory and Sharon; his uncle Kevin; and his grandmother Mary McCormack.
