He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Smith and Virginia Smith; and his son Jeremy Smith. He is survived by : his wife Barbara; his sons, Josh (Tracey) and Patrick Smith; and his grandchildren, Conner, Jasmine and Nicole Smith.
