It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Colin James McMillan of Stratford, Prince Edward Island, who passed away on December 21, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Eileen Fulford; and his daughter Victoria. He is survived by: his children, Andrew, Alexandra (James Havers), James and Virginia; his grandsons, Lochlan and Beckett; his siblings, Charles, Thomas, Maura and John; Sandy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

He also served as Board Chair of the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada and as a governor of the National Theatre School of Canada.
