He was predeceased by: his spouse Laurie Jean Bingley (McLaughlin); his parents, Robert Bingley and Alfreda Bingley (Buell); his former wife Myrna Bingley (Cameron); his siblings, Lawrence Bingley and Susan Mahar (Bingley); and his siblings-in-law, Paul Fitzpatrick and Linda McLaughlin.
He is survived by: his children, Joey Bingley (Lori), Denise Ralph (Scott), Chris Bingley, Michael Bingley (Vanessa) and Kayla Bingley; his grandchildren, Brittany, Logan, James, Nicole, Jasmine, Kristen, Jaclyn and Sam; his siblings, Carolyn Fitzpatrick, Sherry Ross (Bruce), Kim Harris (Evan), Wade Bingley (Bonnie) and Morley Bingley (Shannon); and his siblings-in-law, Theresa Bingley and Farley Mahar. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
