It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Joseph Marcellus Macdonald (Stratford, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on August 6, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Lorna MacDonald; his daughter Marion; his parents, Helen MacDonald and Leo MacDonald; his brothers, Charles (Joan), Ronald and Joseph; and his sister-in-law Pauline MacDonald.

He is survived by: his child John; his wife Sheila (MacDonald); his children, David (Ann), Wayne (Jayne), Gerard and Doris Compton (late Robert); his stepdaughters, Heather Feehan and Julie Feehan (Bradley); his grandchildren, Trevor (Amy), Matthew (Maggie), Lori (Grant), Susan (Dusty), Kerri (Mike), Benny (Christina), Jeremy (Kim), Sarah (David), Justin, Dalton, Emma and Alisha; his siblings, Wilbur (Marie), Ignatus (Ita), Ronelda Whalen (Jim), Augusta Harriman (Don) and Gloria Chapman (Cyril); and also, Wendell, Carol, Ray, Clara, Helen, Mac and Mona.
