With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanda Louise Ings (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on June 3, 2025 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Wanda Louise Ings to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Aage Larsen and Algunda Larsen (Svensen); her husband Maurice Ings; and her siblings, Tove Larsen, Harold Larsen (Aletha), Albert Larsen, Johnny Larsen, Bessie Morrison (John), Margaret Panton (Neil), Florence Panton (Boynton) and Lester Larsen (Gloria).
She is survived by: her children, Allison (Johanne), Irene Lenentine (Terry), Margaret Byrne (Gary) and David (Kim Asling-Ings); her brothers, Louis Larsen (Kathleen) and Roderick Larsen (late Sigrid); and her sisters-in-law, Barb Larsen and Louise Larsen. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Belvedere Funeral Home (175 Belvedere Ave, Charlottetown, PE C1A2Y9). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Christ Church. A burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025.
Donations in her memory may be made to the Christ Church Cemetery Fund or to the Andrews of Stratford Activity Fund.
