It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doreen Frances Huestis of Summerside, Prince Edward Island, who passed away on January 28, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Howard Bowness and Frances Bowness (Crockett); her husband Lowell Huestis; and her siblings, George, Herbie, Keith Bowness, Marie Devlin, Lois Pridham and Dorothy Travers.

She is survived by : her children, Holly Martin (Tony), Lowleen Read (Jim) and Ronald (Joyce); her grandchildren, Robyn (Adam Sellars), Brittany (Andrew Gabel), Shaun Martin, Ben (Rachael), Hannah and Elliott Coles (Beth); her great grandchildren, Austin, Jordan, Tyler, Summer-Lynn, Edward and Trent; her siblings, Byron Bowness (Shirley), Dr. Allison Bowness (Joan), Evelyn Ramsay (late Eston) and Linda Leard (Alan); and her siblings-in-law, Revada Bowness, Blanche Bowness, Ruth Bell (late Mitch), Helen Mohler (Stu), Bob Huestis (Marg) and Gordon Huestis (Ane). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
