Ernest James Waite Obituary

The death occurred at Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Wednesday August 27, 2025 of Ernest James Waite of Clermont aged 59, fiancée of Bernadette Perry. Ernest was born in Fredericton, N.B on April 16, 1966, son of the late Stewart & Margaret (Paugh) Waite.

Cherished dad to Jessica (Mason) and Johnny. Loving grandfather to Hayden, Haylee Ann, Hazel and Adam.

Dear brother to Leigh (Mary) Paugh, Pauline (Fred) Gallant, Elmer Waite, Albert Waite, Ellen Gallant and half brother to Steven Craig.

Ernest is also survived by his uncle Lloyd Waite, aunt Helen as well as several nieces and nephews. Ernest was predeceased by his parents.

Resting at Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel with visiting hours on Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. No funeral by personal request. Interment later in the Tyne Valley United Cemetery.
