We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2020, at the age of 75, Gordon Wallace MacDonald in Summerside, Prince Edward Island, born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Wally's honour to establish a bursary for a nursing student to attend St. Francis Xavier University, where his two kids also attended.

“To Alexis, Matty, Helen and the MacDonald family: My heartfelt condolences over the loss of Wally. He was larger than life, so to speak, but the largest part of him was his love for all of you. I have such fond memories of him taking me for a 'chasing sunset' drive, & sharing in our love for antiques and folk art. He was a masterful cook, and I loved devouring fresh seafood with him.
