He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Roy Oatway and Lucy Catherine Frances Oatway of Freeland; and his sister-in-law Verna Mahar (late John). He is survived by : his wife Jean Oatway; his children, Phillip Oatway and Vickie Oatway; his grandson Darian; his siblings, Ken (late Donna), Lloyd (late Michelle), Clarann Williams (Davis), George (Wanda), Roger (Dianne), Richard (Lynn) and Ella Oatway-Wagner (Brent Brawley); and his siblings-in-law, Cecil Wallace (Barb) and Janet Lockhart.
