He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter E. DesRoches and Delima M. DesRoches; and his siblings, Mae Gavin (late Justin), Catherine Lariviere, Jackie DesRoches and Kevin DesRoches.
He is survived by: his siblings, Alfred DesRoches (late Marie) of Tignish, Joseph DesRoches (late Shirley Marie) of Summerside, Bobby DesRoches (Claudette) of Northern Ontario and Aldona Hall of Connecticut, USA.; his sisters-in-law, Mary DesRoches of Tignish and Marie DesRoches of Tignish; and his nephew Donnie DesRoches. He is also survived by his other nieces and nephews.
As an expression of sympathy, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the St. Simon and St. Jude Cemetery Fund.
