With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine Mary Perry of Tignish, Prince Edward Island, born in Alberton, Prince Edward Island, who passed away on January 21, 2022 at the age of 69. She was predeceased by : her husband Tommy Perry; her parents, Edward J. Gavin and Viola M. Gavin; her siblings-in-law, William and Cederic; her siblings, Donnie, Glen Gavin and Mary Roberts; and her parents-in-law, Arthur and Rosie Perry.

She is survived by : her children, Edward Perry of Tignish and Tammy Perry (Jim MacDonald) of Cape Breton, NS.; her grandchild Ryan Perry of Fort McMurray; her great grandchild Thomas Perry; her siblings, Lorne Gavin (Linda) of Tignish, Debbie Stuckless (Lynsin) of Ontario and Lorraine Pitre (Norman) of Tignish; her siblings-in-law, Ann Marie Clark (Ralph) of Charlottetown, Linda Perry (late Howard) of Tignish, Dave Burke (late Virginia) of Charlottetown, Elizabeth MacDougall (late Ken), Leo Perry (Gail) of Tignish, Bertha Perry of Charlottetown, Freddie Perry (Wanda) of Tignish, Edith Gavin of Tignish and Joe Roberts of Ontario; and her close friends, Jeannie Keough of Tignish and Ruth Bernard-Inglis of Tignish. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, friends.
