She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Shea and Helena Shea (Villard); her husband Pius; her children, John, Gordon, Albert and Cathy; her granddaughter Trinalee; and her siblings, Johnny Shea, Stella Gavin and Sheila Power.
She is survived by: her children, Coletta Morrison (Philip), Noella (David Gaudet), Myles (Franny), Darlene Carr (Don), Glen and Ronnie (Catherine Arsenault); her grandchildren, Tammy McKenna, Trevor (Jennifer), Tina, Tracy Lynn, Tyler (Jamie), Travis Ellsworth (Nicole), Jason (Sandi), Kyle Ellsworth (Camilla), Tanya Gaudet, Coralee Stewart (Donald), Gordon Gallant (Melissa), Mitchell (Helen), Albert Ellsworth (Kristen), Josh Ellsworth (Jill), Michelle Ellsworth Perry (Brandon), Ryan, Logan, Bailey Carr (Brett), Breanne Bush (Nathan), Aiden Ellsworth (Brisha) and Riley (Brandy); her siblings, Margaret Albert, Sherren Arsenault and Betty Ann Arrigoni; and her brother-in-law Lorne Power. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the St. Simon and St. Jude Catholic Church (313 Church St, Tignish, PE C0B2B0).
If desired, in lieu of flowers, and in accordance with Shirley's wishes, donations in her memory to the Tignish Council of the CWL, where she was a devoted member for over 40 years, and/or to Palliative Care PEI would be greatly, appreciated.
