He was predeceased by : his wife Evelyn Clow; his parents, William Clow and Lena Clow; his siblings, Elmer Clow, Hattie Mossman and Georgina Kavanagh; and his son Douglas Clow.

He is survived by : his brother Victor (Lucy) of Pleasant Grove; his daughter Faye Clow (Ray Sharkey) of Cornwall; his stepson Errol MacLure (Mary-Lou) of Dover; his grandchildren, Lauchlin MacLure (Rebecca), Lana Chaisson (Vincent), Laurel Lee MacLure, Jackie Sharkey and Danielle Sharkey; and his great grandchildren, Elijah Vandenborn, Gwen Chaisson and Luka Reuber. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

If so desired, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of PEI or St. John's Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
