He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Duff and Iveagh Duff. He is survived by : his spouse Atje; his children, Johnathan (Stephanie Rosien), Lindsey Timm (Andrew) and Christa Duff (Chris Barr); his grandchildren, Addison, Aubrey Timm and Barr; his brothers, Bill, Michael (Sheila), Allan (Mary-Kate) and Lawrence (Rosie); and his brother-in-law Hank Nieuwland. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made towards Sarcoma Research at the McGill Hospital Foundation or St. Joseph's Parish Memorial Fund.
