He was predeceased by: his parents, Elphège Primeau and Laura Lanctôt; and his brother Maurice (Ginette). He is survived by: his wife Monika Hack; his sons, Stephan and Allan; and his brothers, Roger (Élizabeth) and Jacques. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.

In his memory, a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society or Bladder Cancer Canada would be greatly appreciated.
