Gloria Shufelt Obituary

Passed away peacefully in Cowansville, on May 20th, 2026, at the age of 96, resident of Cowansville, wife of late Mr. Stanley Nelson Potvin and late Mr. Gordon Taylor, daughter of late Charles Shufelt and late Evelyn Derby, stepmother to the late Roger Potvin (Echo). She leaves behind her stepson Stanley Potvin (Sylvia), her step grandchildren Ronda, Creig (Kimberly), Roxanne (Kevin) her many step great-grandchildren, her sister Darlene (Marcel) and Laura, her brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held at: Complexe funéraire, BROME-MISSISQUOI402 rue de la Rivière, Cowansville, Qc, J2K-1N3 (450) 266-6061 / complexefuneraire.ca. Saturday June 13th, 2026 from 9h30am to 11h30am, followed by a celebration of her life that will take place directly at the funeral home.

Burial of her ashes will take place at a later date at the Grace Anglican Cemetery in Sutton.
