He is survived by: his wife Herminia Pereira Moniz; his children, Antero (Teresa), Louis (Tina), Zilda (Frank), Frank (Annie), Paulo (Tracey), Nisalda (Chris), Miguel (Manouchka) and Richard (Paula); and his siblings, José, Luis and Fatima. He is also survived by brother and sister in laws, thirteen grandchildren, two great grandchildren, extended family and friends.
