She was predeceased by : her mother Ivy Prince; her husband Robert J. Needham II; her children, Robert J. Needham III and Barbara Kozloski; and her sister Sybil.

She is survived by : her son-in-law Cec Kozloski; her grandchildren, Christy Lemyre (Martin) and Curtis Kozloski; and her great grandchildren, Clayton, Aurora, Kevin, Justin, Lili and Daizi.
