“It is with great sadness that I learned about Bruce's passing. When I started as a young engineer at Dominion Engineering in 1979, Bruce was one of my colleagues. But he was more of a mentor, always happy to spend time sharing his great knowledge and helping to solve problems. Even in retirement, he came out to help customers who really appreciated him.
