He is survived by : his wife Coroletta Veronica Carter; his children, Cecil, Jacqueline, Kenneth and Richard; his daughters-in-law, Tracy and Linda; his grandchildren, Natasha, Ryan and Ty; his great grandchild Amira; and his siblings, Bernice and Cedric. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
