He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Holtz; his stepson Eric Holtz-Miller (Allison Skerrett); his son Michael Holtz-Mulholland (Élizabeth Béland); his grandchildren, Claire and Anne; and his siblings, Rose-Marie, Gertrude, John, Gerard and Raymond.
