He was predeceased by: his wife Marybeth; and his siblings, James, Albert and Marjorie. He is survived by: his brother Robert; his children, Michael (Marion), Craig (Anne), Cynthia (Michael) and Julianne (Chris); his grandchildren, Spencer, Meghan, Adam, Olivia, Elizabeth and Nicolas; and his great grandchildren, Cooper, Ainsley and Rowan.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society in Jerry's honor.
