He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Ashly (Henrick), Sabrina (Pete), Chelsea (Jay) and Nickolas (Kayla); his granddaughter Sadie; his mother Dani; his brother Gary (Charlene); and his sibling's children, Katie and Brad.
