He is survived by: his wife Doreen; his siblings, Susan Anne (Charles) and Michael (Manon); his children, Denise (Mike), David (Regine) and Edward (Rachel); his grandchildren, Tania (Chris), James (Christina), Kristina (Jordan), Jayson (Elyse) and Sara; and his great grandchildren, Brookelynn and Kaydon.

The family has chosen the Canadian Cancer Society should anyone like to make a donation in honor of Andy.
