He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Whyte and Isobel Whyte. He is survived by: his children, David (Gloria), Myrna, Brenda (Bruce) and John (Tobie); his grandchildren, Sara and Dylan; and his wife Jane. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
