We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2024, at the age of 95, Lida De Luca (Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Québec) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clotilde and Raimondo; and her children, Dominic (Silvana) and Antonietta (late Lorne). She is survived by: her husband Giuseppe Pontarelli; her grandchildren, Jennifer (Davide), Steven (Alicia), Angela (Michael), Joey (Cynthia), Corey and Gillian (Gregoire); her great grandchildren, Dario, Dante, Mila, Enzo, Juliette, Eva and Mika; her sister Annita (late Dominic); and her sibling's children, Americo (Monique), Rita (Isidore), Tilda (Franck) and Vince (Nicolina). She is also survived by numerous other family members and dear friends.

In place of flowers, the family humbly requests donations to St Joseph Oratory (https://www.imakeanonlinedonation.org) In Memoriam Gift, an institution that held deep significance for Lida, continuing her compassionate spirit in perpetuity.

We used to have long chats and was always very pleasing to spend time with her on those occasions.
