He is survived by: his wife Melanie David; his children, Russell Keith (Rhia), Shaun Kenneth (Cindy), Terence Kurt (Gail) and Karina (Kieff); and his grandchildren, Keilana, Cameron, Maya, Kayden, Mason, Maizie, Chiara and Maddie. He is also survived by his family, friends.
