With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley (Hawboldt) Gareau (Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Québec), born in Marie Joseph, Nova Scotia, who passed away on March 18, 2021 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by : her husband Fred; and her siblings, Eva Astel and Graham Hawboldt. She is survived by : her daughter Deborah; her son-in-law Dirk Scott; her siblings, Joan (George), Gordon (Danielle), Jim (Barb) and Bob (Susan); her brother-in-law Thorley Astel; and her daughter Debbie (late Freddie).
