He is survived by: his wife Vera Cummins; his children, Aaron and Kimberly Cummins; his grandchildren, Tobias, Ariel, Camiah and Shyla; his siblings, Eric, Doreen, Bryan, Karen and Donna; Stephen Fournier. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
