He is survived by : his children, Tammy-Lea Bourgaize, Nancy Bourgaize (Calvin Ray) and Bradley Bourgaize (Rebecca MacDonald); his grandchildren, Hailey Mckenna, Ashton Wyatt, Kayla, Megan, Paige and Laura; and his siblings, Clayton, Bradford, Dolly and Merle.
