He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Bailey and Florence Bailey (Meadows); and his siblings, Wayne Bailey, Marilyn Wilkinson (late George) and Sheila Danis (late Richard).
He is survived by: his wife Jeannine Bertrand; his goddaughter Debbie Burton; his sister-in-law Francine; and his stepchildren, Diane (late Mario), Cleo (Lise), Francine (Roger) and Helene (Jean-Marie). He is also survived by many step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
