She was predeceased by: her siblings, Roseanne, Mary Jane and George. She is survived by: her husband Ray Welburn; her children, George Provençal (Mylene Carrière) and Tena Provençal (John McDonald); and her brothers, Brian (Christine) and Doug (Debbie). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
